H&H Group, the global health and nutrition company behind brands like Zesty Paws, Aurelia and Swisse, has expanded its partnership with WE-COM across organic and AI search.
We’ve been working with H&H’s global marketing team and several brand teams throughout 2026, delivering a series of audits and consultancy projects across their portfolio. The results and relationship have been so strong that they’ve now handed us a bigger remit and we’re really excited about the future opportunities.
Founded in 1999 as Biostime International Holdings, the business listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2010 and was renamed H&H Group in 2017. It’s grown into a global operation, with brands spanning adult, baby and pet nutrition, more than 2,700 employees, and products sold in over 30 countries.
In 2025, the group reported global revenue of USD $2 billion.
We’ll be responsible for strengthening H&H’s visibility and performance across traditional search and the emerging world of AI-driven search, working closely with their global team rather than as an outsourced partner. That matters to us as it’s the difference between being handed a task list and actually helping shape where the focus goes next.
Liv Lomax, Head of Group Digital Marketing Technology at H&H Group, said:
“Search is changing fast, especially with AI, and we needed a partner who could help us move with it rather than just react. WE-COM’s been that partner across strategy and delivery, and the proprietary technology they’re bringing to this next phase is genuinely exciting for us.”
James Mechan, our Strategy & Delivery Director, added:
“Our continued partnership with H&H is a really strong endorsement of the value and level of expertise that we offer. We’re looking forward to applying that same approach at scale, supporting the global team across an even broader set of priorities and opportunities.”
A partnership with a group this size, with as many markets and brands, is a big achievement for our growing agency. We’re looking forward to seeing what it produces during the rest of 2026 and beyond.
