James Mechan, Strategy & Delivery Director, has been formally appointed as a Company Director and Shareholder at WE-COM.
Since joining the agency shortly after its launch in January, James has been a driving force behind our approach to multichannel strategy and performance, as well as the growth of our WE-COMMUNITY of specialist freelancers and partners.
His appointment signals the next exciting phase for WE-COM as we continue to build a modern agency model that challenges convention and champions collaboration.
Speaking about the news, James said: “This is an incredibly exciting milestone for me. I genuinely believe in what we’re building here and it’s a way of working that’s like no other.”

WE-COM continues to grow its client base of e-commerce retailers, including recently announcing a partnership with leading equestrian specialist Harry Hall, and the business is set to start its first full financial year in November with ambitious plans for growth.
